Living in the lake vacation center of the state we have become very knowledged in shoreline control, shoreland issues and zoning regulations and would be happy to help our customers with any questions they may have regarding their lake homes. We deal mainly with residential single family properties as well as Commercial new and re-dos within the cities of Cecil, Keshena, Shawano, Green Bay and the surrounding areas. We keep current of all of the newest product lines available as well as keeping current with all new shoreland and zoning regulations with Legend Lake and Menominee and Shawano county waterways.
